Petite Maison's Offal Halloween Dinner

Despite what the supermarket aisle may lead you to believe, there's more to an animal than neatly wrapped styrofoam trays of meat. From tongue to tail, offal (pronounced awful) encompasses all those taboo edibles that don't make the cut at your local grocer. Just Offal is here to explore these oft-neglected byproducts of butchering, featuring different offal meals from establishments across the valley.

This week's we're bringing you something a little different than the usual offal fare. The charming French bistro, Petite Maison, has announced its first-ever Offal Halloween Dinner!

On October 31st, PM will open its doors to offal-loving ghouls intent on gobblin' up a different sort of menu. In celebration of the mischievous Halloween season, the chef has crafted a decadent four-course menu celebrating the most mysterious of meats.

The thought of foie gras crème brulee is already making our mouths water, but we'll let Petite Maison's impressive Offal Halloween Dinner menu fully lure you to the dark side.

More ghoulish meat treats after the jump.
