Owner of Famous Cave Creek Biker Bar to Open Cave Creek Tap Haus

If you're familiar with motorcycles, or Cave Creek, or both, then you're probably familiar with The Hideaway Grill, the famous biker pub and grub stop founded by rider and owner Mark Bradshaw in 1997. Now, it seems Bradshaw and partner Jim O'Toole have set their sights on a new project just up the street: Cave Creek Tap Haus.

Set to open in mid-November, Cave Creek Tap Haus, located at 6900 East Cave Creek Road (formerly Hammerhead Jack's), will offer "the largest array of locally brewed beers and arguably some of the best food and nightly entertainment in Arizona," says Bradshaw.

The 8,000 square foot venue, with an atmosphere Bradshaw describes as, "old Europe meets New Orleans," will feature 60 local beers on tap (plus imports, domestics, and bottled varieties), 20 TVs, a lunch a dinner menu with items such as steaks, seafood, and pasta, live music, and a patio with a view of Black Mountain.

Bradshaw and O'Toole are also planning to offer a surf and turf happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. every Monday through Friday.

Now let's ride.
