The late-night dining scene in Phoenix just got a little bit bigger -- and even better than just offering a new dining option for night owls, this new spot has plans to throw late night (or early morning, depending on how you look at it) delivery into the mix.

Welcome Grand Avenue Pizza Company to the Grand Ave. neighborhood, folks. The restaurant opened its doors last Friday and is now bringing super-late night eats to the masses.

For now Grand Avenue Pizza Company is really counting on customers who like to eat late with hours from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday only. Owner Carson Wheeler says the plan is to add lunch in the fall, as well as to expand hours to include six or seven days a week.

The restaurant is serving both pizza by the slice and whole pies. A single slice will cost you $3 with toppings available for $.50; Whole pizzas come in either 18-inch or 12-sizes with toppings costing $3 on the large size or $2 on the smaller size.

Topping choices include hot peppers, sweet peppers, garlic, olives, onions, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, and pepperoni. Daily specials will also be available.

Once Wheeler says he's got more staff, he plans to be able to add full delivery service to the neighborhood.
