Lucky for us, Joshua Hebert, sweetbreads guru and owner and chef of Posh, the contemporary American restaurant tucked into the Optima Camelview condos, did a stint in Tokyo in his 20's. It makes his Japanese sake dinner, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, that much more captivating.
Hebert's dinner will pair six courses of dishes such as persimmon pudding with kongee and nori, tempura kabocha, and green tea pot du creme with a different sake, the Japanese alcoholic drink made from fermented rice.
