Head to the Lath House Pavilion in Heritage Square Saturday May 1st from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to sample some of the best beer from around the state. Breweries such as Four Peaks, Santan and Beaver Street will be showing off their suds to benefit PBS channel 8. Soak up all that beer with an order of Peanut Butter Beer Hot Wings or Blond Pork Mini Quesadillas. Visit Channel 8's website for tickets.

We have never seen steamed buns that look like these before. These adorable Porcupine Lotus Paste Steamed Buns are so cute we want to find lotus paste and Hong Kong flour ASAP.
