Frankly, we think that not having to go to the mall and fight over gifts is just about as sweet as a cold glass of eggnog with a side of warm homemade cookies. That's why we're so excited about the handful of markets around town this season that feature local artisans.
The Phoenix Flea Pop-up Holiday Market will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, December 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. in conjunction with the weekly Farmstand and Food Trucks event.
In addition to hosting a handful of local food trucks, attendees will be able to do some holiday shopping from a handful of local vendors. There will be between eight and ten local business at the pop-up market, all of which have been selected by Phoenix Flea founder Ashlee Molina.
Vendors will include:
- The Shine Project
- Letter Craft
- Floating Specks
- RVRAL Boards
- The WE Project
- Taylor Town Design
- Pure Life
- Indie Nook
Food will be available from trucks including Uprooted Kitchen, Luncha Libre, Rounders, Mustache Pretzels, and Phoenix Phreeze and produce will be for sale at the Agritopia farmstand.
Music will be provided by high school duo Lauren Evans and Donovan Fiore.
