Tonight, Roy's at Desert Ridge will be hosting a very special wine dinner feature pairings from Napa Valley winemaker Franciscan. the five course meal will feature Citrus Lobster Dim Sum, Ginger Honey Seared Scallop, Kurobuta Pork, Wagyu Flay Iron Steak & Lacqured Fois Gras and will be finished off with a grilled peach tart. $65.00 per person + tax & gratuity call 480-419-7697for reservations.
