Hello, Margarita. 


It's that time of year (or day, really), when a good margarita can fix just about anything. 
And if you're looking to kick back this afternoon, or maybe this weekend before a Spring Training game at Salt River Fields, Scottsdale's Cask 63 has just the ticket. 

The Smoke and Ginger Margarita is full of fresh lemon and lime juice and topped with candied ginger and a lime wheel. Hello, indeed.

INGREDIENTS: 

1.5 oz Gran Centenario Anejo tequila 
1 oz Domaine de Canton ginger
 0.25 oz Del Maguey Single Village VIDA mezcal 
1 oz lime juice 
0.5 oz lemon juice 
1 oz simple syrup 
Candied ginger + lime wheel, for garnish 

METHOD: 
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice 
2. Shake vigorously and serve in a tall glass 
3. Garnish with candied ginger and a lime wheel
