Since there's really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe. This week: The Sueño Mojado at Gallo Blanco.

Gallo Blanco's Sueño Mojado is a classy take on the tired sweet-and-sour margarita. The name roughly translates to "wet dream," but all double entendre aside, this salty cocktail is a thirst quenching dynamo. Clearly it was inspired by one mixologist's dreams of what margaritas could aspire to when freshly squeezed citrus and premium tequila were added to the mix.

(recipe after the jump)

Ingredients:
2 oz. El Jimador Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier to float
Fresh margarita mix (recipe below)

Fresh margarita mix is really what makes this cocktail shine and it's easier to make than you may think. Step one: go on a citrus raid of your neighborhood and collect several oranges, lemons and limes (or skip the delinquency and buy them). Step two: Juice a couple of each type and add sweetener to taste (agave nectar anyone?).

Add the tequila and margarita mix to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour the entire icy contents into a salt rimmed glass garnished with a lime wedge. Float the Grand Marnier atop your fresh margarita and embrace this sweet and salty dream of a margarita.
