Admission to the Phoenix Festival of the Arts is free. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, December 13 and 14, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, December 15. For more information, visit phoenixfestivalofthearts.org.
