"OVEREXPOSED: An Exhibition of Beauty" at Fascinations this Weekend (NSFW)

Whether or not you believe in the artistic beauty of breasts and buttocks, there's a free erotic exhibit that might bolster your faith. "OVEREXPOSED: An Exhibition of Beauty," kicks off at adult superstore Fascinations in Tempe on Saturday, February 26.

The exhibit will showcase photography by Arizona artists, and the grand opening will also feature a performance by local burlesque troupe Scandalesque.

Figurative Arts will showcase their "fine art nudes" in the exhibit, along with works by Gary Steiner (owner of Soft Shadows Art Photography), Steve Ehre (a former history teacher from Long Island), Matt Conrads, and Sedona resident Joel Gilgoff. The images run the erotic gamut, from subtle black-and-white images that tease details to fetish photography.

For opening night, the lovely ladies of Scandalesque will perform a cabaret-style show featuring singing, dancing, and variety acts. Scandalesque has performed everywhere from The Duce to Cherry Lounge & Pit, and always manages to put on a salacious-but-classy show. The troupe's show on the 26th will also feature feathers and an "acrobatic chair performance."

There will also be free refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, so you can dig into a veggie tray while squinting at nipples.

The opening reception for "OVEREXPOSED: An Exhibition of Beauty" takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, at the Fascinations location at 838 W. Elliot Road in Tempe. Admission is free. Visit for more information.
