Reddit Phoenix Prom
High school may be over, but your desire to get dressed up and put on a corsage probably hasn't died down. That's why Reddit Phoenix is inviting former freaks, geeks, jocks, and thespians to join in an evening of gussied up drinking (this time not from a flask hidden under your formalwear). Just like your grade school gala, a prom king and queen will be selected. But unlike the soirée of senior year past, there will be video games aplenty, thanks to the prom's Tempe barcade venue, Endgame. Reddit Prom runs from 8 p.m. to midnight. For details and to submit your name for prom royalty, visit the event on Facebook.
AZR's Birthday Bash Extravaganza Jubilee Shindig Hoopla Festival
Where does the time go? Scottsdale's AZ on the Rocks is turning another year older. "Hang Together"

The month-long show will feature the works of high school friends and fellow artists Edward Hermanson and Brian Brooks, highlighting how relationships can shape the creative process. The reception from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday January, 16. Visit the event on Facebook for more information.
