Supporting the arts isn't easy. It can be quite a costly pursuit. Even if our hearts and souls are tugged by some magnificent piece of art hanging on a gallery wall, often times prices can be so exorbinant that the only thing that art doesn't tug out of us is our wallet.
Shayne Bohner and Marco Turrubiartes, resident artists at the Firehouse, aren't taking your excuses.
They've formed a collective of Phoenix and Los Angeles-based artists who participate in the Make Art Available Project, aiming to produce quality prints and art that even us living hand-to-mouth, paycheck-to-paycheck can't resist.
