What's your favorite concert you've ever been to? I was scheduled to cook a private dinner for U2 when they were in town at our resort. They offered me tickets to go see their show. I went and got invited into their pi,t and it was awesome, absolutely an amazing time. Afterwards, they came back to the resort, and I cooked them a fantastic meal. It was a great night.

What is your favorite local venue to see music? I'd have to say Kazimierz World Wine Bar in downtown Scottsdale. Peter Kasperski has a great eye for new local talent. It's just a neat environment with great food, incredible beverages and phenomenal music.
