Nine Inch Nails should've headlined. Period. If Trent Reznor's recent statements about how this is NIN's "final" tour are to be believed, then a longer set was warranted for his Phoenix swan song. I'm glad for what I got, spending most of the show enraptured like some chubby teenaged goth girl, but in the end it left me wanting more. Especially if it's the last time he'll ever roar his way through songs like "Wish" and "March of the Pigs."...full story

H20 Pool Party at The Mondrian Summer lovin' was in full effect at the Mondrian pool Sunday afternoon for the second H20 party of the season. Scantily clad gals and guys waited in line to get in, get acquainted and get crunk. Most patrons checked their attitudes at the door, and for one precious afternoon in Scottsdale, it didn't matter whether your threads were D&G or H&M as long as you were down to party.

"Da Una Mano" at Way Cool Hair Pollution

Live music, local artwork and a fashion show featuring designs by Way Cool Hair Pollution, Gold Mine Boutique, and Phantom Peralta took to the stage at the Way Cool Hair Pollution Salon on May 16, 2009. The event was designed to raise money for Las Otras Hermanas, a charity organization that works with cities like Ciudad Juarez to promote economic and social justice.

"Save the [Phoenix] Coyotes" Rally Draws Canadian Media and Fans; Protestors Unhappy with Local Coverage 

Chants of "Let's go Coy-otes!" and "Stay away Canada!" filled the air as about 200 Valley ice hockey fans in white rallied to show their support for keeping the Phoenix Coyotes in Glendale...full story
