Now that parts of Georgia are beginning to resemble the lost city of Atlantis after recent flooding, Arizona-based U-Haul wants to help out.

U-Haul is offering a free month's storage to anyone who has fallen victim to the flood.

"We know that this is a very difficult time for individuals," U-Haul Spokesman Virly Williams tells Atlanta radio station 750 AM (WSB).  "We know that a lot of people have been affected, and people will keep us in business.  That's why we do it.  We love to give back to the community."

There are three Atlanta-based U-Haul locations participating in the free storage, U-Haul Company of Central Georgia in Atlanta, U-Haul Company of Northern Georgia in Marietta, and U-Haul Company of Western Georgia in College Park.

To be eligible for free storage, U-Haul says it is taking people on their word. If you go to any of those locations and tell them you were a victim of the flood, U-Haul will accommodate you for free.
