3 Best Things to Eat and Drink this Weekend in Metro Phoenix

Phoenix Ale Brewery 4th Anniversary Party
Friday, June 26

Celebrate with Phoenix Ale Brewery this Friday as the brewery marks its fourth year in the local beer business. From 5 to 9 p.m., guests can enjoy $4 pints of beer, bar snacks, and a full roast pig. The brewery will also tap a firkin of "Jolene," a small cask full of Biltmore Blonde and oak chips aged with Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon and peaches. An on-going raffle will give away brewery "goodies" as well as two tickets to the Real Wild & Woody beer festival in July. More information can be found on the event's Facebook page.

DeSoto Pop-Up Markets at DeSoto Central Market
Sunday, June 28

All weekend long pop-up markets full of handmade, vintage, and other local wares will take over the DeSoto Central Market. We're most excited for Sunday when the market will be full of food-focused vendors. Market-goers can grab eats from in-house venues such as Walrus & The Pearl or a cocktail from the bar, and wander through the packed pop-up market. Past vendors have included Fire Lips Hot Sauce and Rise Biscuit Co. The market will be active from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. For more information on the DeSoto Central Market, visit the market's Facebook page.
