Shanghai Social Club at Counter Intuitive
Friday, November 13

This is the second weekend you'll be able to experience the new themed menu at Counter Intuitive in Scottsdale. We've experienced Cuban nights and a New Orleans estate sale so far, but now the bar's on to a new theme: Shanghai Social Club. According to the bar, "Shanghai Social Club was a mysterious club that existed in five major Chinatown cities throughout the 1970’s, 80’s, and 90’s. New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Ohau all played host." The new menu draws inspiration from Asian-inspired cocktails and late-night bites such as  ????????? (Egg Shen’s Six Demon Bag) made with strawberry-infused Tito’s vodka, Aquavit, Angostura, acid phosphate, cinnamon, and lime and Lao Che’s Cup made with shiso, yuzu, lemon, port, plum bitters, Aperol, Bols Genever, and soda water. Counter Intuitive is open Friday and Saturday nights from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
