Brewmaster Dinner at Hotel Valley Ho
Tuesday, January 19 

Hotel Valley Ho's ZuZu will host a Brew Master Dinner Series on Tuesday night. Attendees will enjoy four brews from Colorado's New Belgium Brewing Company, which will be paired with an hors d’oeuvre and a three-course menu of pan-seared scallops, house bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin with creamy risotto and roasted cauliflower, and a caramel macadamia nut tart. The reception starts at 6 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. The event costs $42 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 480-421-7997.


Wine Workshop at the Lawrence Dunham Vineyards Wine Gallery
Wednesday, January 20

Scottsdale's Lawrence Dunham Vineyards Wine Gallery will host its first Sip and Learn Workshop of 2016 this week. During this first session, winemaker Curt Dunham will teach guests about the winery's signature wine, Petite Sirah. Included in the workshop fee are approximately two glasses of wine, small bites, and workshop materials. Beer and Painting at Two Brothers Brewing

From 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Arizona Girls' Pint Out will host a painting class at Scottsdale's Two Brothers Brewing. The art fee is $36, which includes painting supplies, a canvas, and a tutorial. For an addition $15, you can also enjoy a flight of beers and buffet from Two Brothers. Discover the versatility of wine, cheese, and chocolate pairings this Saturday at Scottsdale's VOM FASS wine bar. The oils, vinegars, spices, wines, and spirits purveyor will set up different stations to showcase how the three ingredients complement each other. Football Game Bites at Culinary Dropout at The Yard

On Sundays, The Yard in both Phoenix and Tempe will offer specials during football games. Featured special menu items include grilled cheese sliders, pork belly nachos, and Thai chile chicken wings. All throughout the month of January, Sprinkles Cupcakes in Scottsdale will have gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. Purchase one for $3 or order one dozen for $33.
