It's been months since Okra, the second restaurant from the Crudo team, opened its doors at The Crown on Seventh in Central Phoenix. But since then, there hasn't been much action when it comes to restaurants opening in adaptive re-use projects.

Next month, however, that will change. The Phoenix Ale Brewery and Rich Stark, former CEO of NYPD Pizza, are set to open The Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen, a beer-and-food collaboration that will surely bring some more life to the 20,000 square-foot former retail complex.

The restaurant is expected to open in early May and is hosting job fairs to hire approximately 75 employees. The PAB Central Kitchen seeks "candidates of all experience levels to fill back-of-house and front-of-house positions," according to a press release.

If you're interested, you'll want to swing by the restaurant, located at 5813 North Seventh Street, on Wednesday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 to 7 p.m. Interviews will be on the patio. Bring a resume.
