Posh Restaurant has been an exciting part of the Phoenix dining scene since it opened in 2009 with its signature improvisational dining experience. But the same inventive mind that introduced this new style of dining to the Valley is now ready to do something totally different. Again.
Chef and owner Joshua Hebert has plans to transform the space into Chef's Lounge, which will be a venue for pop-up dinners, cooking and mixology classes, and commercial space for other chefs and artisan food-makers to set up shop. “In the past, we opened Posh to other chefs to host dinners, and much of what we did on a nightly basis was provide culinary and wine education to our customers. In essence, we’ll be doing much of the same, but in a slightly different capacity and we’ll be able to fulfill a growing need here in the Valley,” he explained.
Though we're sad to see Posh close, we can't wait to see what Hebert has in store for Chef's Lounge.
