Comedians Bill Burr and Al Madrigal will bring the All Things Comedy Festival to several metro Phoenix locations from October 26 to 29.

The event is an extension of Burr and Madrigal's All Things Comedy podcast and video network, which the pair founded in 2012. It’s also a chance to laugh your ass off at some of the most prolific podcasters and comics working today.

The downtown retail and residential complex CityScape will serve as the headquarters for this multi-venue festival, which will include 15 live-streaming comedy podcasts and drop-in stand-up shows. Most of the performances will take place at Stand Up Live, Copper Blues, and the Orpheum Theatre.

Harland Williams and Steve Rannazzisi will perform their respective live podcasts and stand-up shows on Saturday evening at the Tempe Improv. Those are the only two festival shows happening at that location.
Others live podcasts happening throughout the weekend include Jen Kirkman’s I Seem Funny, Ari Shaffir’s Septic Tank, Ryan Sickler and Jay Larson’s CrabFeast, Doug Benson’s Doug Loves Movies, The Doug Stanhope Podcast, Krystyna Hutchinson & Corinne Fisher’s Guys We F****d, Jimmy Pardo’s Never Not Funny, and Burr’s Monday Morning.

Some of the performers will be doing both podcasts and stand-up sets.

Those strictly looking for stand-up should make a beeline to Stand Up Live at 11:45 p.m. nightly from Thursday to Saturday for the late-night ATC Stand-Up Show.

Visit the Lustre Rooftop Bar at Hotel Palomar after Friday night’s late show for the Call in Sick to Work after-party with Bert Kreischer. That one kicks off at 1 a.m.

The clubs aren’t the only places where you can get your laugh on during the fest. The ATC Pop Pod located at CityScape will stream podcasts all weekend long, allowing guests to soak up as much hilarity as they can handle. Find the pop-up in the former Jos A. Bank space.

On Saturday, Patriots Park becomes the outdoor green room, where comedy fans can grab drinks, watch movies, and play games before the evening’s shows get underway.
