11 More Must-See Thanksgiving Weekend and Black Friday Parties in Metro Phoenix

Even though one of the biggest holiday weekends of the year starts tomorrow, it seems as though few people are going to be getting much rest. There are huge meals to create and dishes to be washed afterwards, followed by a massive amounts of bargains to be found on Black Friday.

Local party promoters, DJ crews, and bar owners aren't getting much of a respite either, as a slew of parties will take place tonight, as well as on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. In addition to our previous list of Turkey Day celebrations, we've assembled another list of even more fiestas going down over the next 72 hours around the Valley.

Gypsy Bar Party impresario Jen Deveroux will revive her Thanksgiving season soiree Turkey Tits on Wednesday night at the CityScape arcade and nightspot. Five different DJs are scheduled to perform during the evening, including Kris the Fist, Jared Alan, Sean Watson, and William Fucking Reed. The party starts at 9 p.m.

Afterlife Get in some dancing fun before all the family drama at the 18-and-over Hollywood Supa's Pre-Thanksgiving Bash at the all-ages Scottsdale club. DJs will be spinning in both the upstairs Fire Room and the downstairs Liquid Room during the shindig. Doors open at 10 p.m. Free admission is available before 11 p.m.

Dos Gringos There's absolutely no cover to get into the any of the day-long Pilgrim Fiestas taking place at all four of the Dos Gringos locations around the Valley on Wednesday, which will leave you plenty of cash to spend on such drink specials as $2.50 Coronas from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. or $14 buckets of domestic beers. Live music is also on tap and all locations.

Majerle's Sports Grill The Scottsdale location of Dan Majerle's sports bar empire will celebrate the night before Turkey Day with a special Thanksgiving Eve hootenanny. DJ John Blaze will be in the mix and drink specials will be available.

Oceans Seven Meanwhile, local club promoter Sergio Surgenights will be throwing a Thanksgiving Eve Bash on Wednesday evening at this McDowell Road joint. Live banda acts will perform and both DJ Kyko and DJ Daffy will spin hip-hop and electro in different rooms. If you'd like to tie one on, $1 well drinks will be offered until 11 p.m. and $5 Patron is available all night. Big spenders can also get $100 bottles of Grey Goose. Doors open at 9 p.m.

Fifth Street Bar The Gobble Wobble party will take place on Wednesday night at this Mill Avenue bar and feature music from such DJs as Hazardous, Silent J, Bayside High, and Nuck 'n' Futz. Two-for-one specials can also be had during the fiesta, which starts at 9 p.m.

Bobby Q's Wanna go ham after feasting on turkey? Bobby Q's lounge will host a special Thanksgiving night after-party feature a DJ crew consisting of Dark Vader, Phlava and Skooboi dropping hip-hop, R&B, reggae, and dancehall tracks aplenty. Drink specials include $2 you-call-its until 11 p.m., $3 AMFs and Long Islands all night, and $5 Ciroc cocktails before midnight. Doors open at 9 p.m.

Smashboxx Been growing a cookie duster since the beginning of the month, bub? The folks at this posh Old Town playground are putting on a Thanksgiving weekend Movember Party on Friday evening in honor of those urbanites who'd like to show off their unshaven mugs while enjoying top-shelf liquor selections and dancing to hits laid down by DJ Kurch. Doors open at 9 p.m.

The Monarch Theatre Local Red Bull Thre3style champ M2 will be joined on the turntables by some of the Valley's best DJs, including Robby Rob, Idenaty, and EC Rock during the Monarch's Black Friday Edition. The first 200 people through the door recieve free shots, ladies get in free, and VIP service is available for $150. For those who aren't living large, such deals as two-for-one drinks and $1 Bud Lights will be available before 11 p.m. The party starts at 9 p.m.

Bar Smith The Washington Street nightlife hotspot will debut its new weekly dance party Foul Play on Friday, November 23, which will feature two floors of partying and dancing action. The list of DJs scheduled to perform at the kickoff include such names as Prince$$, Bigie, Akshen, Pickster One, and 2ToneDisco. Doors open at 9 p.m.

American Junkie While thousands of bargain hunters are crowding into malls around the Valley in search of cut-rate prices on merchandise on the day after Thanksgiving, American Junkie in Scottsdale will be offering up some killer deals of its own during Black Friday. Bartenders will be pouring $3 Kamikazes or White Gummy Bear concoctions and popping the top off $3 domestic bears. Meanwhile, Freddy "Circle" Krems will be spinning up Top 40 tracks and dance hits. The party starts at 8 p.m.
