Movie Night Wednesdays: Dr. Strangelove
As part of its "Comedy Through the Ages" series, Burton Barr Central Library will present the 1964 Stanley Kubrick classic, Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. Detail + Design + Public Displays of Affection
Sarah Sandman and Jill Allyn Peterson of New York-based design lab Public Displays of Affection (PDA) are coming to The Design School at ASU to discuss the innovative ways in which design can be used to create social connection. Earth Day Phoenix 2015
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, stop by PHX Renews for a day of gardening, learning, and drinking as Republic Services celebrates Earth Day 2015. The free event wil feature Earth Day exhibitors, eco classes including composting 101, a beer garden, food trucks, live music, tours of Team ASUNM's Solar Decathlon 2013, free compost, and a ceremonial tree planting with Phoenix mayor Greg Stanton.
