Sure, you've heard of exercises that claim to make your naked bod look divine. But what about exercises to actually do while you're nude?

Whether you're getting hyped for naked aerobics or yoga pretzels, working out without clothes sounds like a pretty good way to burn some calories while avoiding pit stains during an endless summer.

Check out five videos of totally NSFW exercises to do naked (yes, apart from sex) after the jump ...

Note: You may need to sign in to YouTube to view some of these videos.

5. Yoga Stretch out those muscles and release those toxins -- all while unencumbered by manmade materials. How very zen.

4. Aerobics Take a cue from the John Travolta movie Perfect, where he and Jame Lee Curtis hip swivel their way to banging bods (and banging each others' bods) with aerobics. We're pretty sure you don't have to have huge tits to do this workout, but apparently it can't hurt.

3. Jog

Depending on what kind of, um, equipment you're dealing with, jogging could be a good calorie-burning option. Fair warning: for some, the bounce factor may not play out so nicely.

2. Crunches

If you're going to workout naked, why not up the naturalist ante and do some outdoor weightlifting? But, please, first consider your neighbors.
