Jimmy Fallon brought a spectacular post-Super Bowl XLIX Tonight Show to Phoenix's Orpheum Theatre on Sunday, February 1.

Valley dwellers who scored notoriously tough-to-get tickets (they were gone in literally four minutes!) to the on-the-road edition of the late-night show were treated to a mega-entertaining and star-studded evening full of football jokes (even though we all know Missy really won Super Bowl XLIX), Will Ferrell's amazingness, Ariana Grande's ponytail, Kevin Hart, and a few New England Patriots for good measure. Of course, plenty of folks caught the live broadcast of the show, too.

Our five favorite moments? Let's start with a little lip-syncing.

Where There's a Will, There's a Yoncé

As promised, Hart, Ferrell, and Fallon delivered an epic lip-sync battle. Each competitor chose two songs, and when Ferrell opened with Beyoncé's "Drunk in Love" there was little chance that either of his competitors would top the very, ahem, sexy rendition of Queen Bey's radio hit. Although all of them put up a great fight, for us, Ferrell further sealed the deal with a whimsical take on Idina Menzel's Let It Go.

Fever Pitch, Baby

Fallon brought out the big guns for his second song. And by big guns we mean the adorable Drew Barrymore, who starred alongside Fallon in the Boston Red Sox-centric Fever Pitch, a new-era classic in the romantic comedy genre. Barrymore sported a pale pink dress and heels to help reenact a few dance moves from Dirty Dancing, set to Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes' "(I've Had) The Time of My Life." It was very, very cute, even if the iconic lift was a little bit modified for ease.

A Little Bit Louder Now

You thought Seahawks fans were loud? Pal, you haven't sat next to a group of giddy friends who unexpectedly got last-minute seats at The Tonight Show taping. They. Are. Loud. And their high energy made the live show that much more exciting, though our ears have not yet recovered.

Belichick Yourself

Hot off their comeback win, New England Patriots Danny Amendola, Brandon LaFell, and LeGarrette Blount took to the couch to chat about the big game. But Amendola came in with an ulterior and questionable fashion motive. Let's just say Ferrell had a mid-show wardrobe change that wasn't exactly of his own volition.

Scooter Pole

Turns out, quite a few Super Bowl fanatics were so caught up in all things football that they either didn't notice or didn't wish to correct Tonight Show writer Arthur Meyer's many odd pronunciations of this past weekend's major sporting event. We totally would watch a sporting event called The Marsupial, not so much with The Sewer Hole.
