Ladies' nights are a dime a dozen, but mix in some Duce-style Americana and it's bound to be a good time. The Duce owners Steve and Andi Rosenstein decided to create a retro-themed ladies night at the new downtown Phoenix hot spot to give the Valley's working ladies a mid-week break.
