This Week: TMI Lemonade at The Main Ingredient
TMI just became our new favorite acronym, especially on a Monday. No, we're not talking about dropping the "too much info" hint to the annoying coworker who never fails to spare any details about their weekend hookup. We're talking, The Main Ingredient, the new-ish urban restaurant/bar located in the quaint little heart of the Coronado District, that holds around-the-clock happy hour every Monday
But the main ingredient reason behind the TMI Lemonade being this week's chosen one, isn't about the discounted price; it's about the Hangar One Raspberry Vodka.

The pinkish hue to this cocktail comes from the color of the vodka, not some cheesy artificially flavored crap. Hangar One Infused Fraser River Raspberry Vodka is infused with real raspberries and made in a batch once a year to guarantee ripe raspberry goodness. Did we just blow your mind? Wait 'til you take a sip.
Ingredients:
2 oz Hangar One Raspberry Vodka
4 oz Sun Orchard Lemonade
2 lemons
1 lime
In a shaker, combine Hangar Raspberry Vodka and lemonade. Squeeze 2 fresh lemons and one fresh lime; mix well. Fill a pint glass with ice and pour mixture on top. Fancy things up by stabbing a wedge of lime and lemon with a toothpick for garnish.
Be one with the ripeness.
