You're welcome.

9500 Liberty at Harkins Valley Art, Tempe
Simply put: Go. See. This. For real. The award-winning film - which chronicles a short-lived mandate in Virginia that required that state's law enforcement to question potential undocumented citizens - couldn't have arrived in AZ at a better and/or more ironic time. The film's premiere takes place at 7 p.m. Friday, at Harkins Valley Art, 509 South Mill Avenue in Tempe. Ticket costs $7. Go to www.9500liberty.com For further reading, check out this Jackalope Ranch entry.

AZ Tattoo Expo at Mesa Convention Center
Show off your killer designs or get ink'd up some more during this three-day bash that will include seminars, live demos, and a tattoo-themed art gallery. Mesa Convention Center is located at 263 North Center Street. Expo hours are 3 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. It costs $20 per day, or $45 for a weekend pass. Hit up www.aztattooexpo.com.

Cinco de Mayo Phoenix Festival 2010 in downtown Phoenix
Yeah, yeah. It's Drinko de Mayo time. Whatever. It's more than that, and this festival in downtown Phoenix will prove it with killer grub, live music, and ballet folklorico routines. The fest takes place at Jefferson Street between First and Fifth avenues. Hours are 2 p.m. Saturday to midnight, and noon to 10 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost $5 for adults; children 12 and under get in free. See www.arvizu.com.

Conan O'Brien at Dodge Theatre
Coco has made the most of life since being canned from the late-night talk show scene. Lucky us, because he and his crew will post up downtown for what is probably going to be a hilarious night of nonsense during O'Brien's "The Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour." The performance starts at 8 p.m. Friday at Dodge Theatre, 400 West Washington Street. Tickets range from $36.50 to $76.50. Check out www.teamcoco.com.

Clean Water for Everyone Silent Art Auction at Bragg's Pie Factory
Whoa. Original art for sale on the cheap. And it's for a good cause. Hours are 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, at Bragg's 1301 Grand Avenue. Admission is free. For additional details, read this recent Jackalope Ranch blog.
