Since you can't be in two (or more) places at once, it's about time to start planning out your weekend. There's Madama Butterfly at Symphony Hall and Macbeth at Soul Invictus. But, as we're wont to do, we've sifted through the haps and selected five must-attend events for your busy weekend ahead.

Back to the Future Screening @ MADCAP Theaters

Those mourning the loss of The Royale can drop that box of tissues. Victor Moreno's Cult Classics is making a comeback with a screening of Robert Zemeckis' time traveling sci-fi adventure flick Back to the Future.

Marty McFly and Doc return to the big screen in the Bookmans auditorium at MADCAP tonight at 9 and 11 p.m. General admission tickets are $10. VIP tickets are $20 and include a limited edition print. See more here.

Trunk Sale @ The Clarendon
We're no strangers to hunting for gems while shopping (in fact, we do it on a weekly basis), and we have a one helluva hunch that Saturday's vintage trunk show at the Clarendon will feature fantastic finds by the closet-full. Items for the sale -- some of which date back to the Victorian era -- were handpicked from private collections and shop inventories, including pieces from Fashion by Robert Black.

You're not that attached to your bank account balance anyway, right? Right. Browse and buy on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free and items start at $10. See details here.

Monster Jam @ Chase Field
While you might (inadvisably) choose to smell like the Hulk, chances are good that, even when super pissed, your super strength cannot compare to that of the green dude. Luckily, you and your road rage can live vicariously through the monster truck drivers who'll smash, bash, and crash into anything that dares to cross their paths during Monster Jam on Saturday at Chase Field.

Things get aggro at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $20 and are available here. See more here.

Animal Royale @ Crescent Ballroom
If you favor quirk and edge over restraint and minimalism, then Animal Royale's your kinda fashion show. With 11 Arizona-based alternative designers displaying their duds on models unified by resin antlers and masks, the fashion show will serve as the debut of the Alternative Fashion Society -- a group of local creative types who specialize in atypical aesthetics.

Get an eyeful at 9 p.m. on Saturday at Crescent Ballroom. Tickets are $10. See details here.

Walkabout @ Phoenix Art Museum
This celebration of world culture brings together spoken word, artwork, and music for an intercontinental afternoon. Each element of the Walkabout -- whether film screenings, hands-on activities, tours, or lectures ranging in topic from architecture to Ikebana -- is connected to visual elements on display in the museum.

Get cultured from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday at Phoenix Art Museum. Admission is $12.
