Attention shoppers:

If you're on the hunt for deep discounts and deals, UNION at the Biltmore is the place to be Friday, July 18, through Sunday, July 20.

Located on the east side of Biltmore Fashion Park, the small stretch of independent shops and pop-ups is known for its highly curated stock (and high prices). But during its summer sale, shoppers will find items marked down by as much as 70 percent.

Yep, you read that right.

Each store will participate in the sale to varying degrees. Here's a breakdown:

Everything at Mother of Gideon will be 25 percent off. Select items at Bonafide Goods and R&R Surplus will be 40 to 60 percent off. With select sunglasses and eyeglasses, Framed Ewe shoppers can buy one pair and get another half-off or buy two pairs and get one free. Buy one item from Mae and Marie, and you'll get a 20 percent discount; two items for 30 percent off; and three items for a 50 percent discount. And White House will give a 20 percent discount on all items over $100 -- in addition to charging no sales tax on cash purchases. For new customers, Juicd Life will offer a discounted three-day cleanse.

Some spots will offer gifts with purchase. Those who spend $75 at Citrine will get a gift, while those who drop $20 at For the People will receive a free bud vase and Queen Creek Olive Mill shoppers will get a gift with any purchase.

UNION hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. For more details, visit the UNION summer sale event on Facebook.
