If you've ever been downtown for a sporting event, concert, or possibly Disney on Ice (hey, we won't judge) then you probably appreciate the beauty of the METRO light rail. There's no worrying about finding parking, paying for overpriced spots or getting trapped in a parking structure during a Downtown mass-exodus.

To make this method of public transportation even more beautiful, U.S Airways and the Phoenix METRO have teamed up for Rail Ride Events.

Anyone attending an event at U.S. Airways Center can ride the light rail, round trip, absolutely free. Tickets must be on hand when you ride (printed at home is fine...drawn by hand, not so much) and must be used on the day of the event (starting 4 hours prior to the event until the end of the transit day).

Currently the METRO does not have partnerships with any of the Downtown venues.
