Gem features one standout piece from a local shop. Whether it's a jacket, necklace, or handbag, it's on our have-to-have list.

What: Tiffe Fermaint released her up-cycled collection Reincarnation on Sunday, and we'll readily admit we were outside waiting for Buffalo's doors to open at 11 a.m. Why? Mostly because we had to get our hands on this sliced-up T-shirt with studded straps, a high-low cropped hemline, three of our favorite superheros, and a hint of sparkle.

Where: Buffalo Exhcange

Cost: $17

Style It: Take the girly, punk-inspired top to a Pinky Tuscadero cute-meets-tough level with fall trend-conscious metallic fuchsia bouclé wool-blend pants from Marc Jacobs in a cropped, straight-leg cut, and a pair of Jacobs' petrol-blue leather ankle boots. Accessorize with Assad Mounser's chain and neon pink silk necklace, royal blue-framed Thierry Lasry sunglasses, and a cotton candy pink clutch from Olympia Le Tan (whose mission in life seems to be emptying our bank accounts).
