Craft 64, a neighborhood pizzeria and craft brew pub, is an unpretentious spot in downtown Scottsdale delivering high quality wood-fired pizza and huge list of Arizona-crafted beers. On any given day, you’ll find more than 30 local craft beers on tap, along with an accessible wine list with almost 30 bottles available by the bottle. You may doubt whether a pub can deliver high quality, Neapolitan-style pizza – until you find out that Horacio Hernandez, Chris Bianco’s pizza assistant for more than 15 years, is at the helm of the kitchen. The best of the blistery, thin-crust pies are the Aji, a spicy, jalapeño-laced pie topped with fennel sausage, and the Spain, a pie studded with almonds, olives and Spanish chorizo on a harissa sauce base.
