The second location of the contemporary American restaurant in Austin, Texas, Salty Sow in Phoenix comes courtesy of the restaurateurs behind such concepts as Z'Tejas, Eddie V's, and Roaring Fork. There’s nothing too interesting about its American dishes with a Southern spin, but if it's cocktails with names like Miss Piggy and Curly Tail and a comfortable yet subtly themed interior you’re after, this is your place.
