Sushi on Shea

Oh, Shea, can you see the sushi? Some of the best in the Valley, in fact, at SonS. Since 1994, this pleasant, slightly upscale establishment in the Scottsdale Promenade has produced consistently fresh and perfectly crafted nigiri, maki and sashimi. The yellowtail is divine, and the salmon crunchy roll will have you craving a second round as soon as you finish it. Not all sushi joints are created equal, and the proof of this is in any repast at SonS, which puts many other sushi houses to shame. Non-sushi specialties include baked sea bass, shabu-shabu, and pork katsu. Still, we have to have sushi here each time we go, because it doesn't get much better than this.
