Sushinola Roll

Sushinola, a Mex-sushi concept in west Phoenix with both a food truck and brick-and-mortar location, is the place to go when you’re craving Sinaloan-style sushi, with an emphasis on Sinaloa. You’ll find many rolls inspired by classic Sinaloan seafood dishes, including a delicious, if messy, take on aguachile, which is popularly known as the West Coast take on ceviche. The spicy shrimp cocktail is ladled over your roll of crab sushi for a kind of soupy seafood feast.
