With twenty years of catering experience, the family behind the business pours a lot of passion into the traditional dish, creating over 20 flavors. You can always pick from standards like beef red chile, chicken green chile, and beans and cheese. But if you’re up for a little adventure, try one of The Tamale Store’s inventive creations like spinach and cream cheese, vegan zucchini salsa, or the flavor of the month (for example, ground beef, dried nuts, and fruit for the holidays).
