Arizona Hopi reggae artist Casper Lomayesva is used to playing big gigs. In 2009, he was invited by legendary folk artist Pete Seeger to play Seeger's 90th birthday party at Madison Square Garden (alongside the likes of Dave Matthews, John Mellencamp, and Bruce Springsteen). He also headlined the Native Music Rocks tour at Hard Rock Cafes all around the country, and rocked the stages of venues like the Kennedy Center and the Smithsonian in Washington.

On Thursday, June 23, Lomayesva's band (Casper and The Mighty 602 Band) have another super show lined up. They'll be opening for legendary reggae artists Toots & The Maytals at the Orpheum Theatre in Flagstaff (Toots & The Maytals will also be playing a gig at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe on June 21, but the opening act for the Tempe show has not been announced).
