Our man about town, Alice Cooper is a busy guy. In addition to all that rocking and rolling, he's currently holding down the Halloween guest editor spot over at Village Voice's Sound of the City blog.

And of course, he's ironing out the details of his annual Christmas Pudding event. So you're saying I can celebrate Christmas with the king of Halloween, and Johnny Depp? Yes. That's what we're saying. For those who aren't in the know, or live under a rock, Alice Cooper's Christmas Pudding, with Don Felder, L.A. Guns, and more is scheduled for Saturday, December 8th at Comerica Theatre. Johnny Depp is scheduled to make an appearance, and he's been making the rounds lately, showing up this time last year at The Continental Club with Z.Z. Top's Billy Gibbons. Depp played guitar in the short-lived band P, most famous for playing the Viper Room the night actor River Phoenix died. The star power may be an attempt to reach a larger audience, but it will be entertaining nonetheless.
