The trouble just never seems to end for America's biggest hot mes...I mean Courtney. She's being sued for attacking a fashion designer by the name of Dawn Simorangkir in multiple harsh tweets back in 2009. Love attacked Simorangkir on her MySpace and Etsy accounts too.

All that Simorangkir did to set off Love was ask for a few thousand dollars of payment, and Love wasn't havin' any of it. Love called the designer a "drug-pushing prostitute" and wrote on the internet about Simorangkir's loss of child custody and history of assault. That's still pretty unnecessary.

Simorangkir is suing Love for defamation. Who knows if the case will go anywhere, but if it does, this might become the precedent for high profile online defamation cases.

Courtney Love is ready to claim that her tweets were not intentionally malicious and that she did not mean to use her popular influence to potentially hurt Simorangkir's career as a designer. Clean up your act and get yourself together, woman!
