Do you want a copy of DJ Element's new mixtape, FreeStyle Session Japan? It's been hailed as a "funk odyssey" by no less than, um, the Phoenix New Times.

For real though, the first 50 peeps in the door tonight at tonight's Blunt Club installment at The Yucca Tap Room will receive a free copy of Element's latest disc, which is insanely funky, with Element's crisp turntable skills matched with impressive percussion work.

Thursday night is always a party at Yucca, but this one will be especially funky, with DJ Felt1, King D., Black Ran, and Hektik, Element's Armory Massive pals coming over from San Diego to help keep things rocking.

Element created the mix especially for a store in Japan called Top Nation/Armory, and has only been available in the Japanese market. Until now, that is.
