Looks like Los Angeles-based electro hip-hop trio Hyper Crush is going to have a busy night tonight. The band is scheduled to perform at two Valley clubs, all within less than 4 hours.
First, they'll hit Jackrabbit Lounge in Scottsdale, which continues its quest to be a House of Blues-style destination, with a 21-and-older performance at 11 p.m.
This
is one of many short sets the club has hosted since owner Don Serpe
purchased the club back in July, and Hyper Crush joins performers such
as B.o.B., Nelly and Far East Movement to grace the winding catwalk that takes up the space.
Because
of Hyper Crush's 80's aesthetic, patrons are encouraged to dress up in
garb from the decade. There is no cover for ladies, but for men, it's
$10 after 11 p.m.
Then, they'll head next door to Afterlife for an 18-and-older show that's scheduled for 1 a.m.
Cover is $10 for guys and $15 for girls (go figure), with additional
performances by DJ Ozone, DJ Jon Amaral and more.
Hyper Crush, who have toured with Lady Gaga, are known for their mix tapes and remixes, so hitting up the club scene makes sense. Check out one of their videos below, which may help you decide whether to attend one, or all, of their appearances tonight.
