Baseball fans and music festival junkies, rejoice. Your two favorite things are coming together next spring when the Innings Festival debuts in Tempe.

A “can't miss spring training celebration,” Innings Festival is the brainchild of C3 Presents. That's the team behind Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Music Festival.

No acts have been announced yet, but the festival will reportedly feature more than 35 acts performing an array of genres on three stages.

In addition to live music, the festival also will feature food and activities.

Due to increased concerns about security at festivals, Innings has announced that there will be full-body pat-downs and bag searches before entry. On the bright side, the all-ages festival will allow re-entry, and children 7 and younger can get in free with a ticketed adult.

The event is scheduled to take place at Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park from March 23 through 25. Hours for the rain-or-shine festival will run from 3 p.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday and 1:30 to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

To find out when tickets will be available and to get news on lineup announcements, Innings Festival has a mailing list.
