When you put your key in the ignition and turn on the radio, what station would play right now? I have Sirius/XM in my car, and it would be one of these channels: The Coffee House, Classic Vinyl, or BackSpin. 

What's the first album you bought? The Rolling Stones, Tattoo You.

What's the first concert you saw? U2, The Joshua Tree.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to? Stevie Wonder at Bonnaroo.

What's the last song played on your music player? Foster the People, "Pumped Up Kicks."

Preferred format: CD, vinyl, cassette, 8-Track or digital? These days, it's all digital for me.

What's your favorite album? Pixies, Wave of Mutilation.

Who is your favorite singer or band? Bob Marley and Sublime.

Does your computer track how many times you've played something -- if so,what's at the top of the list? Top of the list is "Empire State of Mind," Jay-Z.

What was your favorite new or new-to-you album from 2011? Tom Petty, Mojo.

What one song would you play if you had a worldwide radio audience? Wings, "Band on the Run."

Who is your favorite local artist? We just had Sergio Mendoza y la Orkesta perform at our grand opening party for The Saguaro. They were fantastic.

What is your favorite local venue to see music? I've heard great things about Crescent Ballroom in downtown Phoenix. That's on my must-visit list next time I'm in town.

What is your favorite music video? Peter Gabriel, "Sledgehammer."
