Katy Perry is on her way to matching Michael Jackson's singles record, according to NME.
It looks like Katy Perry will hit the number one spot on the Billboard charts for the fifth time this album with her single "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)." If it actually takes the top spot, she will be the first artist to have five number one singles on the same album since Michael Jackson did with his Bad album.
The number one singles from her album Teenage Dream so far include "California Gurls (feat. Snoop Dogg)," "Teenage Dream," "Firework," and "E.T." Rolling Stone thinks she might even push for a sixth single with her song "Peacock." Only time will tell!
