You've always wanted to experience "Onion Rings of Fire," haven't you?

On Saturday, June 25, the Musical Instrument Museum in Scottsdale will honor Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash with a day-long celebration of their musical legacy. If you decided to go and choose to get some food, "Onion Rings of Fire" is definitely on the menu.

Starting at 9:30 a.m., there will be special activities all day long at what really is a jewel in the desert. If you haven't been to the Musical Instrument Museum, this would be a good time to check it out.

There will be special lectures, opportunities to play June Carter Cash's instrument of choice, the autoharp, special screenings of four full-length episodes of The Johnny Cash Show, and even a caricaturist, as well as the special selections at Cafe Allegro inside the museum.

"This is part of our musical icons program series. It was a good choice, of course, because we have displays dedicated to Johnny Cash and the Carter family, and June 23 was June Carter's birthday," Randi Ringness, event manager, says.
