The Strokes' experiences while recording their upcoming album Angles wasn't so happy-go-lucky throughout the entire process, according to NME.

There was plenty of resentment amongst the band members. Things got better after they moved to a new location to complete the recording process, but until then, frontman Julian Casablancas wasn't consistently showing up due to artistic differences.

"I just want to have a creative, constructive, fun conversation," Casablancas said. "And I just think that, for whatever reason, we never pulled that off and there was resentment."

Thankfully they were able to work through their troubles and complete the album. But they better not fight a lot when they record their next album though, or I'll be concerned that they might not ever finish it.
