Convicted sex criminal/alleged pimp Al Maurice O'Neal has some rules for his stable of underage "hoes."
For starters, they must earn for him $200 a day. Secondly, his girls are required to ask a would-be John to "show his dick or grab her tits" to make sure he's not a cop. Thirdly, none of O'Neal's gals are "allowed to get into cars with black guys" -- with the apparent exception of O'Neal...a black guy.
O'Neal, 32, got popped on Tuesday after police say he committed several child prostitution offenses involving two teen girls -- one 14, the other 15 -- starting on October 27.
According to court documents obtained by New Times, O'Neal met the 14-year-old victim through "a third party."
O'Neal had the girl working in known areas for prostitution in Phoenix -- near McDowell Road and Glendale Avenue.
O'Neal took his show on the road, though -- according to the 14-year-old
victim, at one point, he drove her and two of his other girls to Las
Vegas to work as prostitutes. She recalls having sex with a man from
Chicago at the Bellagio Hotel.
The girl returned to Phoenix a few
days later. She was then taken to and from "dates" by a friend of
O'Neal's, a man named "Ghost."
The victim recalls doing five
"dates" for O'Neal while in Phoenix -- one with a Hispanic man who drove
a blue dump truck, another with a Hispanic guy who was missing a
finger.
The going rates for O'Neal's girls: $60 for a "blowjob" and $200 for intercourse.
Police
searched O'Neal's apartment at 3119 West Cochise Drive in Phoenix on
November 8. Inside, they found another underage girl they suspect O'Neal
was using a prostitute. That girl, age 15, told police she watched as
O'Neal had sex with the 14-year-old victim.
O'Neal, a convicted
sex offender currently on probation, was booked into a Maricopa County
jail on four counts of child prostitution. Additionally, he was hit with
one count each of sexual conduct with a minor, misconduct involving
weapons, and transporting a child prostitute.
