No, not the labor leader known for the "sí, se puede" tagline. We're talking about former Republican Scott Fistler, who changed his name to Cesar Chavez as he attempts to run for Congress as a Democrat in Arizona's 7th Congressional District.

Chavez has been removed from the ballot due to invalid signatures he gathered to get on that ballot, but he's come up with a way to raise campaign funds to get back on track: Chavez swag.

This includes having a meal with Chavez for $50 (you have to cover the cost of the meal, too).
